Routine Housekeeping

Bedrooms & Living Areas: Dusting all accessible surfaces, making beds, emptying trash bins, sweeping/mopping floors, and vacuuming carpets and rugs.

Bathrooms: Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks; wiping mirrors, counters, and fixtures; mopping floors.

Kitchen: Sanitizing countertops, sinks, and backsplashes; wiping exterior surfaces of appliances (stovetop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher); mopping floors.

General Touchpoints: Sanitizing light switches, door handles, and handrails.

Deep Cleaning & Add-Ons

Detailed Work: Hand-wiping baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, and window sills.

Appliances & Glass: Inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior cabinet cleaning, and interior window washing.

​Turnover Cleaning (Standard Reset)

• ​Linens & Bedding: Stripping dirty bed sheets and towels, washing/drying (on-site or off-site), and making beds with fresh linens.
• ​Bathroom Sanitation: Thoroughly scrubbing toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks; replacing fresh bath/hand towels; restocking guest toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper).
• ​Kitchen & Amenities: Washing dishes or running the dishwasher; wiping countertops, appliances, and sink; restocking guest amenities (coffee, tea, paper towels, welcome treats).
• ​Living & Bedrooms: Dusting surfaces, wiping high-touch areas (remotes, door handles, light switches), making sure no guest items were left behind, and vacuuming/mopping all floors.
